FREELANCE WRITERS 

22nd Century Media's southwest suburban publications are looking for reliable reporters that can cover local government meetings and special events in the towns of Lockport, Homer Glen, Orland Park, Tinley Park, Frankfort, Mokena and New Lenox. The company is looking for applicants with experience covering meetings and other local news. Most meetings are held weekday nights.

The southwest branch is also looking for experienced sports stringers holding a knowledge of the local high school sports scene. The southwest suburban branch covers all sports and activities at Lockport Township, Lincoln-Way East, Lincoln-Way North, Lincoln-Way Central, Lincoln-Way West, Providence Catholic, Andrew, Tinley Park and Sandburg high schools, as well as youth sports in our coverage area. A knowledge of the area is a plus.

22nd Century Media is a hyper-local media company which started in the south suburbs of Chicago more than six years ago.
